Merry Christmas!!
….But when the time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under law, to redeem those under law, that we might receive the full rights of sons. Galatians 4:4
…And he shall be called
Wonderful Counselor,
Mighty God,
Everlasting Father,

…is a beautiful little town just about an hour from here. It has become a tradition for us the past 3 years to go to their Walkway of Lights. It is a beautiful Christmas Lights display that you can walk through. We have gone every year with the Cooleys and the past two years my parents joined us. We had a great time…

I’m pretty sure underneath that suit Santa was in his early twenties…:)
Luke had fun just hanging out with Dad.
Yes…my boys are in shorts:)

cookie baking, cookie decorating kind of day…

and isn’t this pretty…

It’s blooming outside my front door, and now I know why it is called a Christmas Cactus.:)
And just because it would be wierd to have a post with just pictures of a tray of sprinkles and a cactus…here is a cute one of my “twins.”

It has actually been cold here in South Texas. Tucker and Mackenzie still wanted to play outside…so I bundled them, sent them outside, and 5 minutes later they were back in the house! :) The important thing however was getting of picture of them looking so cute in their hats and gloves. Yes, Mackenzie has two different gloves on.:) I finished our Christmas letter today and hope to have them mailed out tomorrow. A BIG check off the list! Hope your week is starting well.

One of the best parts about our family moving to Texas was moving closer to my brother and his family. This is Mackenzie with my niece Isabella. They are both girly girls and Mackenzie LOVES to play with Isabella. They were here visiting this weekend, and no matter how long they stay it is never long enough for Mackenzie. I snapped this shot of the two of them right before Isabella had to go back home. Such beautiful girls…I’m not biased or anything.:)
